Ive ised loox on a couple of my stores and ive always been suer happy with the product and the support around it. I recently had a code issue with displaying star ratings on product cards and Sara from Loox support not only figured out the issue but implemented it as well. Excellent customer service!

Loox has increased the number of customers leaving reviews, period. It was easy to install and implement, and the emails sent post-purchase to solicit reviews work.
