App works great, been using it for years. Support is always responsive, Rina helped me today and helped fix a couple issues when we changed over to our new template very quickly.
My $9 plan is no longer available and I can't access my reviews to export them because I've been paying monthly for the last 2 years but they are saying it's a free trial. The new plan is 4X the amount and I would like to use a new review app without being forced into their higher plans that do not work for my small business. After speaking to the rep, none of the info provided work and I still can't access the old reviews

Rest assured, and you’ll always have access to your reviews, even after uninstalling. Our team has already gone ahead and shared your exported reviews privately on our open thread.
Additionally, your Loox plan will remain active and accessible as long as the app is installed and you don’t switch plans.
While Loox doesn’t offer a free plan, we’ve designed several pricing tiers, including our affordable Beginner plan, to support businesses at different growth stages. I’d be happy to help you explore the plan that works best for you.

Easy to use! Definitely helps build brand trust. Lots of different widget options to easily imbed in your store. when I needed help, leogen from customer service responded in minutes and solved my problem right away. Highly reccomend!
LOOK FOR ALTERNATIVE APPS. DO NOT USE THIS OR PAY FOR SCALE PLAN. Loox Used to be a good app. When contacting them with a issue in order to help me i had to upgrade my plan and then when i got in touch after upgrading they close the chat as soon as they get a chance so without any human help.

Kim is very competent. I just gave him an overview of my problem and he managed to triangulate the issue and fix the code of my websites without putting our live websites at risk. I am not a coder, and I know how difficult it is to have a customer support that can modify a code for their clients for FREE. This skillset requires a huge payment if its someone else because it means hiring them to fix the problem. He deserves a raise.

I’ve been using Loox for 5-6 years now, and it’s been fantastic! Joyce has been incredibly helpful and responsive on a recent support ticket (they always reply in a couple of hours at the latest). I’ve already recommended Loox to several other stores because of how smooth the experience has been. The best of the best.
THE BEST customer service I've experienced yet on an app! I had trouble getting reviews of one product across multiple variations to group on each product page - emailed support, and Ed G sent me directions within an hour! THEN the instructions were amazingly great/simple to follow! Took about 2 minutes for me to fix my issue - and I'm not super savvy on the backend flow of things. Highly recommend these guys - thanks Ed!
