Designed with performance in mind, Loox uses a CDN to ensure that widgets load quickly, maintaining a swift site performance which is crucial for user experience and SEO1.

I have no reason at all not to recommend this LOOX app for others cuz I found a 100 percent satisfactory reasons to keep using it.

The customer support is great. I asked for a custom request not available in their UI and Lilach from Loox was able to get it done quickly. We actually left Loox and immediately came back a few days later as the other app we tried didn't compare.

Loox App is great! Easy to set up and if you ever have a problem - e.g. a theme that is not yet Theme 2.0 capable, just send an email to support and within a few hours you will have a solution that a friendly support employee (in my case Jodel - a big thank you at this point!) will implement straight away!
