Been using Loox for all of my businesses and has never failed me. Support is also fantastic. Liz helped me out with adding custom code to the theme to get the default reviews on product cards to become Loox reviews.
The app is overpriced and charges additional fees during use without clear notice. I don’t recommend it.

Extremely efficient at getting reviews. We tried manually and didn't manage to get the amount of reviews we are getting from using Loox.
A great app, we've been using this on a number of our websites for quite a few years now. It's getting better all the time, too. The support is great.
