Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Loox is really great as a review display and review collection app. I've tried several others over the years of running my brand, and this is the best by far. Quite customizable, and the support is fantastic. My latest support was handled by George, and he was absolutely amazing... Quick, communicative, and helped me solve a mobile display issue that we hadn't been able to fix on our end.

Its been a pleasure having this app. Our customers have interacted with us in a positive moving forward way. It's reinforced what experience we have when we see customers face to face and it has given us and our customers opportunity to improve this buying selling experience. They have shared their happiness but also any disappoints we were not aware of and the design of the app allows us to repair the issue the client has and then their opportunity to re-rate us with fresh comments so potential customers can see our workflow process of problem to solution.

I spent two hours trying to add my reviews to the product page- me and chat were getting nowhere. Then I saw the LOOX chat box at the bottom left corner of the screen, and Liz was able to get me sorted within a few minutes. Great service, speedy help. Thanks, Loox & Liz!

Works well once the installation of Widgets was sorted. I have an older theme in Shopify so it wasn't as simple as click the button and you are done. However Jen C was very helpful and patient, while I wasn't able to answer emails quickly, and got it all squared away. Now I just need reviews to materialise.

Easy user friendly for getting reviews set up on my site, I was able to easily integrate with my shopify storefront. Even is free for the first 100 reviews to get me started!

Reviews started flying in as soon as I switched to Loox from another review collection app. The site is instantly improved visually!

And when I needed support where a code change was required, Rina helped me in a jiffy! Highly recommend implementing Loox ASAP

I had a great experience with Loox specifically Domerly who helped me isolate an issue I was having with displaying stars in collection features. This was an issue on my end not theirs and they walked me through where to make the code change and it worked perfectly for how I wanted my stars displayed. Not to mention we had limited success with another app and the first day we installed Loox and resent review requests to a handful of past customers we immediately started getting verified reviews from past purchases the other app missed!

Jen C was great help with my query and helped me get the info I needed. Overall the app is a great experience and we now hold around a 30% submit rate for reviews. Only negative is the discount control for referrals isn't the same as review discounts.

I struggled with the settings initially and reached out for help. Loox's customer service was amazing, particularly Joyce from the team, who gave me clear instructions and assisted me to resolving the issue. The widget itself is super easy to use and aesthetic for adding reviews to your website, highly recommend!
