This app makes it easy to send out professional looking and personalized review requests to my clients. I have had a great success rate with the amount sent vs the amount returned compared to other ways I have tried to collect reviews. Loox is excellent in every way. So happy we made the switch. Customers engage really well with the automated email. Currently about 25% of customers are leaving reviews. The ability to add video is also so good.

1. In the invitation comment function, I set it to invite customers to comment 3 days after the "Delivery" of the order. I cannot know what the invitation comment email sent to the customer looks like, nor can I customize the content of the email. 2. There are no online customers. Support means that you encountered a problem at that time and could not solve it in time. You can only wait for the slow email contact. 3. Most functions do not have a preview function, which makes it difficult to use, such as testing to send preview emails, etc. I am going to change it. app, the key is this app The price quoted is not cheap, and many functions do not even provide the most basic guidance, which is very disappointing.
