Necessary, but expensive. Use of the starter plan is very limited, until you have a scaled business can be limiting. Although conversion rate after using loox has improved dramatically. From 0 conversions to over 10 in a week after using.

L'application permet d'afficher les avis des clients, mais je rencontre quelques difficultés au niveau de la search console.

I took a look at Google's Rich Results and it seems as if the Loox Rich Snippets are appearing as expected.
You can also see my response on our private thread where I shared a link and a screenshot with you.
Please note it might take Google up to a few weeks to index new data.

I am very happy with the app so far, although I think more options should be available on the Beginner plan.

A really great App so far! So easy to use and looks great on my site. I do wish the beginner plan had the option for customers to leave a review without having to add a photo to it though, I think it will put some customers off leaving a review.

Super user Friendly everything is simple really , I actually try another app and change it because it was difficult to navigate.
This is a great feature to add to your store! We have received so many great reviews and images of happy customers. The only thing we wish they had was a feature for the generated discounts to apply to specific products. We have to go in each time a discount is created and manually apply the specific products.
I had a problem with my reviews not showing up on my product pages. Ellison from the support team fixed it super fast! The review widgets look great! highly recommend this app.
