Great visual review app, but the backend can be a bit difficult to navigate sometimes. Rain from the support team is always very helpful!

The absolute best review app if you are a visual-centric brand. Looks fantastic and image reviews provide such superior social proof to a plain text review. The Loox team are highly responsive and even went to the great lengths to add our font to their next update so the app perfectly fit in with our site aesthetic - amazing service! UPDATE June 2021 - we just started using their new referral addition - had some initial troubles but the dev team were super responsive and sorted everything out for us within a couple of days. Integrates so easily with our already established reviews and can't wait to see results. Thanks Loox team!
