Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

I have been loving this app and the customer support is great! I had a billing question and talked to Jemuel who helped me out within minutes of me sending a customer support email. I love an app that has such quick and easy customer service!

Ich bin alleine schon begeistert vom Dashboard mit einer leicht verständlichen, selbst erklärenden Funktionsweise,
der kinderleichten Installation, ohne in den Theme Code gehen zu müssen
den Möglichkeiten die Icons bzw. Sterne zu individualisieren
und nicht zuletzt von Jodel vom Support, welcher mir an einem Sonntag innerhalb von 10 Minuten ein Problem wie von Geisterhand gelöst hatte.
Alles zusammen ist diese App für mich das beste was mir passieren konnte und generiert zusätzlich noch Umsätze.

Super simple to use and add reviews on site. Great customer support with extremely fast respond times.

Ken did a great job helping me out and was very quick to take action. I couldn’t get the “display reviews” tab to load and he helped me by doing the action from his end and suggested what could’ve been the problem from my end. Great Customer service!
