We've been using Loox for years. Started on their cheapest plan and scaled into their most expensive tier. It's the most cost effective review app, and the features just keep getting better. Not to mention their customer service is top notch (thank you Channelle!). I've been approached by the other big review software, but loox just does everything I want without over complicating things.

Most of the functions are good, but I hope to add a function, merchants can delete and distinguish the virtual comments uploaded by themselves
