I use this app to help me manage my review on google, and despite many problems with my google feed Loox is here to help me solve everything, they talked to the google team until everything works, I recommend!

I couldn't transfer my reviews from amazon or etsy, I contacted customer service they also complicated helpless, the monthly cost too expensive!

Loox supports importing your reviews from any previous source using our review import template, and you can always reach out to our support team if you need any further assistance with uploading the reviews.

5 stars for sure! I like how I can interact with my customers and display them on a reviews page directly on my website. I'm at the point where I had to upgrade to the growth plan to use more awesome features!
Just installed this app a few days ago. Easy to install. Easy to navigate. Especially if you have used other review apps before. Customer support is responsive and very helpful. Yishai was great to work with. Prompt and efficient. Will update the review once we have used it for some time.
I tried it out to help boost sales and I was not disappointed. Looking forward to continue results! Great app and great support services.
Beautiful widget, fast loading. We imported hundreds of our reviews from another service easily and configuration was fast. See it on our homepage at www.makers4medicine.org
Great product and great functionality. I just wish the fees for the growth plan were a little cheaper for a new business, for say the first 6-12 months. Paying in USD makes the app even more expensive although I realise this is a Shopify requirement not Loox. I just mention it as it makes a growth plan here in Australia over $50 AUD a month for just one app! Every $ needs to be counted for a startup. Sorry for the rant. :-)
Best review app I've seen! Kind of pricy but you get what you pay for. Great UI, really easy to use. And IT WORKS! It works so well that in the 3 days since I've installed it, we received 40+ glowing reviews. Highly recommend this app!
