The support is good and they have helped me fix problems I have previously faced with loox. There could still be better support for things like grouping products as one, because we often create new products (for the same item) for different ad campaigns. We would obviously still like the reviews to be linked from our main product.
Loox support helped us achieve this with a work around, but I think it should be a feature of the app by default.

While the beacon present on your dashboard gives you the option to search for help articles, it can also be used to email us.

Had a problem with the new One-click review feature and send an email to support which send a reply right back that gave me perfect step by step guidance with screenshots to help me get the problem solved.
great app. Makes your visitors see examples of the product and project themself in order to buy the item. One of the best social proof tools out there
Loox is completely compatible with shopify! Rain @ customer service helped me with everything! I am happy with LOOX
I just signed up today but heard amazing things about this app from a friend! So far customer service has been amazing helping me get all set up! And already love the way the reviews look on my site. Can't wait until customers start adding photos.
