If anything does not work their customer service is very efficient !!! Unlike an app like debutify where it takes weeks to get some help , LOOX ppl are very efficient and would make you want to purchase their products with confidence you will get a resolution soon!

Help desk is probably the best of any app provider i have needed help from so far. Just clear, concise instructions, and then more advice when i needed it. Very good!!
