I think this app really helps building your brand, I wish the growth plan can be a bit cheaper. But overall highly recommended.

Super app for testimonials and great good mooded support! Seems quite effective for getting our customers to leave testimonials.

Using this app has been a breeze, however it makes sense that the most recent reviews are shown first but there doesn't seem to be a way of changing the order of how the reviews display. Currently any new reviews are the last in the list. **UPDATE** Within minutes of leaving my above review, Loox support got in touch and worked with me to resolve my issue. It now works perfectly!! This level of efficiency isn't something you get 9 times out of 10 with these types of apps, however Loox have definitely instilled confidence, and I would absolutely recommend this product without a seconds thought.

As an up and coming store with very little social proof, Loox gives you everything you need to promote and validate your product when you don't have may sales yet! Very easy to use and support is great!
