I love loox reviews, There's so much you can do with them. The support is very good and they are always updating it to be better for the business and customer experience.

Still navigating the app - but so far it seems very user friendly. I hope to be able to generate a code to send to customers on social media to encourage reviews also

I love this app. The reviews look great on the product pages. The emails are customizable. Really easy to use. Excellent customer service; I've contacted Loox for help with a few things and they respond right away. I use this in two different Shopify stores and I think it really helps my conversion rate. Awesome product, thank you.
