Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

I love this app. Will be upgrading very soon. It has made my website more authentic with the reviews from my customers.

I don’t know why anyone serious about their business on shopify wouldn’t have Loox. We love using it in all of our stores.

Easy to use. 9.99 USD/month plan for starters is very friendly for businesses just starting up. Integration with Shopify is good, customers who receive an email can use just one click to submit a review, which is effortless for the customer. That is a very nice feature.
Customization of the review request email is very limited, hoping to improve it to suit more branded customization.

Love it! Makes it easy to import reviews from Aliexpress. The way I can go through all reviews before they get uploaded to my website is amazing,

Used other apps this is the only one that’ seems to get customers to actually respond. Had a tech issue and it was dealt with very quickly, Channelle responded to my queries almost immediately and went back to my query without issue even when I asked for more help outside of what was possible. Honestly, great customer service from her, very patient and knowledgeable. The best review app I have tried by far. Thanks Guys
