Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Excellent customer service always. I've worked with a couple people and can't remember everyone's name but Ilan was quick to respond and proficient with assisting getting my pages set up. I needed something other than the Shopify reviews app to be able to import reviews from my other marketplaces to setup my website and show the reputation I've established. Loox made this possible, they also sent email blasts resulting in several of my customers coming to my new website to leave reviews from their past purchases. I love everything about this app so far it's perfect for my current needs. I haven't had any issues for the past several months that I've been using them.

Loox App! Money well spent. the app is very stable, the review request messages goes to inbox and above all the reviews display on my store is craaazy. Highly recommended. I usually don't get any e commerce merchant 5 star, but these guys deserve a 6 star and oh their customer service is on par too. Good job loox, keep winning.
