Es muy buena la app, se puede customizar todo y realmente creo que tiene buenos resultados en cuanto a la captación de reviews por su fácil uso.

Much better than the built in Shopify review app. Its also better than most of the others out there. I like the way the reviews pop up on the homepage. Overall - its very good.

Excellent customer service always. I've worked with a couple people and can't remember everyone's name but Ilan was quick to respond and proficient with assisting getting my pages set up. I needed something other than the Shopify reviews app to be able to import reviews from my other marketplaces to setup my website and show the reputation I've established. Loox made this possible, they also sent email blasts resulting in several of my customers coming to my new website to leave reviews from their past purchases. I love everything about this app so far it's perfect for my current needs. I haven't had any issues for the past several months that I've been using them.
