I recently signed up for loox. So far, I have been very happy. The customer service is excellent. I had a request to move the reviews widget on the product page. Rain (my customer service operator) completed the task quickly.

Easy, quick and clean. Excellent app for a business. I really like the modern style that they use and i definitetly recommend it. Live support would be a plus. Hope to see it soon

Customer service is great. Every time I have a question the answer comes quickly, right, and personable.

The features offered by this app are quite complete. Integration with shopify was seamless. The only problem that I had was, changes to the review pop-up on mobile did not work. I made changes to the settings, but they are not implemented on mobile for some reason. So, even though I disabled it for mobile, but the pop-up still pops out, don't know how else I can deactivate it :D
