This the best app for reviews. Their customer support is best. Very great features. Start with a very basic plan. Totally useful app.

Didn’t realize the customer left a review but when I saw it I was super happy! My first one!! Can’t wait to receive more

This app is performing a number of tasks for our shop such as collection and recording of star ratings, display of feedback and generating interest in products. We are very pleased with the app so far but I would have liked more of an uptake in the image reviews. I believe that this is an issue with customer confidence though so I’ll keep working on that one.

Loox is the best application in its category. It's really cool and has amazing features that help build trust, get customer photos and videos, and even a new referral program. The support team is amazing and responds very quickly and kindly to all questions. I recommend loox to any store that wants to have the best tool for capturing reviews in Shopify.
