Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

i like it so far. it does a good enough job and the picture review thing makes it much more convenient for customers.

Very limited time in this app so far but ive been enjoying it. I was using alireviews which is good but extremely limited in function. I then did a lot of reading on Loox vs Yotpo. Seems Loox wins out overall but Yotpo has one big advantage. In-line review emails! I suggest to Loox this is an important function! Customers scrolling their email inbox are more likely to review if they dont have to go to a new tab. Its an interuption to their experience.

it was great experience you can improve on the ease to use the app and let it be intuitive in setting the home page

Disclaimer that I'm using this during the free trial, so I hope this stands up to the test of time. I've enjoyed using this app thus far as it is incredibly robust. I do wish the Beginner level had even a few more basic features, as it really is so bare bones that one can almost not use this app successfully without upgrading to the Growth level. But I digress.

So far, so good! Very user-friendly app. I really like it. I've been looking for a product review app like this.

good app, easy to use, a bit overpriced and definitely better solutions out there, but if you want to get something fast then this is a good way to start. They keep asking me for a review so I will just do it.

I don't know yet. I am just downloading it and seeing how it works. Ask me again in 14 days. I am hopeful that it intergrates well with my shopify app, is easy to use and helps boost sales on my page.
