Jodel was great! Late on a Friday night I saw all my reviews and widgets disappear from my website. I thought for sure I wouldn't hear anything until Monday, but Jodel got back to me within minutes and let me know he was working on it. Few minutes later, got a second email that everything was back to normal. Highly recommend Loox for their product and customer service. Thank you!

This app is very easy to use and so convenient, it helps us greatly. I've used a couple of other similar apps, they all seems has some bugs, only this one I find no problem to use till now, thanks to the Loox team.

Loving the way customers coming back and reviewing our products on site and the whole seem less UI to submit a review. By far, this is the best shopify integrated app i liked the most.
