I cannot know what the invitation comment email sent to the customer looks like, nor can I customize the content of the email. 2. There are no online customers. Support means that you encountered a problem at that time and could not solve it in time. You can only wait for the slow email contact. 3. Most functions do not have a preview function, which makes it difficult to use, such as testing to send preview emails, etc. I am going to change it. app, the key is this app The price quoted is not cheap, and many functions do not even provide the most basic guidance, which is very disappointing.

Automatically change the plan to the one with higher price without our authorization
Hey, I’m sorry for any confusion here, and I’d be happy to help clear things up. You have full control over your Loox plan and can switch it anytime in your Loox admin. Since explicit merchant consent is required for any plan changes, we don’t have a way to update your plan on our end.

Outrageous extra charges by number of orders without providing any value and awful customer service. I ended up paying 500 USD/month unexpectedly for a review widget. You can get the same functionality for 15/USD month.

Uninstalled it and got charged! Not sure how that happened. How do I even get ahold of someone from this company to rectify it??? Super frustrated.

They are literally after your money once you pay to then they don´t even care, one of the worst app i am asking them to cancel my subscription and help me with the spreadsheet of my review they are not responding i sent them 10 emails no response at all. please use other free apps instead, Thank loox for spamming people

I'm beyond frustrated with Loox. Their customer support does not read any of the messages sent to them and just says they'll forward it to tier 2. I have been trying for two weeks to get downloadable versions of my video reviews and I have not been able to do so. When I reply to their emails both support@loox.io and Success@loox.app both are bounced back and the support team does nothing to help me. So I have to continue booking support through the shopify app only to go in a viscous cycle. Its ridiculous with the amount of money they charge my brands for their review platform!

I’m incredibly disappointed with Loox. Despite being on a paid plan, my reviews are not showing up, and this issue has been ongoing for weeks. I reached out to their support multiple times, but the responses have been completely unhelpful and dismissive. As a business owner, I rely on timely and effective support, and Loox has failed miserably in delivering that. After weeks of frustration, I’ve decided to uninstall the app. For the price I’m paying, I expected far better service and functionality. Terrible experience overall. Do not recommend.
