Widgets are glitchy; I find myself having to deactivate and reinstall a widget so the settings can reset. For example, deselecting 'show thumbnail' on the pop up widget doesn't work, or making small updates to other widgets. I found it annoying that you can't make email marketing a requirement to receive the discount with the onsite referral widget. The customer service is strange; I was wondering if I was speaking to bots. They completely misunderstand my question or ignore it altogether. I installed Klaviyo and cannot find that Loox integrates with them. I emailed Loox and they ignored that question and went on to a different one. I appreciate how modern the widgets are and how easy to use the app is, including customization features. But when I compare it to judge.me, I can't help but feel like I'm paying significantly more just for something "prettier."

I was really excited to move from another app as Loox seemed to have everything I need for my store which relies heavily on reviews to generate sales. The previous review app posted all of our reviews to our FB business page. Loox DOES NOT even though they claim they syndicate reviews to Meta.

Given that, we will need to find a differently platform for our reviews and referrals.

Average app with features covered in a lot of the other review apps for a lot less. If you exceed a certain amount of orders on their scale plan, they will charge you $40 extra for an additional 300 orders. Ended up paying something like $190 this month which is crazy expensive when Judgeme does all this for a 1/10th of the cost.

Also, when you click under 4 stars when reviewing their app on their app, it sends you to their own custom form. 4 and over it sends you to shopify, that's why their reviews are inflated.

Overall, the app has a lot of great features and works well with integrated referrals which is useful. Just wish pricing was a little more transparent rather than hiding it in an info icon.

good app for reviews but terrible terrible support. Not people themselves, but it is very hard to find the chat window and then get to recent conversations which is very annoying.

Loox comes with a lot of features, however the implementation has a lot to be desired. Having to go back and forth to review customization changes is annoying. The customization leaves a lot to be desired. If you need a simple review app with a d variety of different features then this works. Besides that honestly, a pain to setup.
