We love our Loox Reviews and hope y'all know how great of a job you have done with this company. You have been a key part of our success. The superb UX and collection process has resulted in Mermaid Wax having more overall reviews than ALL of the other companies in our industry COMBINED! This has happened with your help (which has been key) even though we are just 5 years old while many in the industry have been around before the internet. No shxx! Love Loox Reviews! We used it for years seamlessly. We updated our theme and I had so many issues trying to integrate the new theme to the app myself, I emailed them and had a reply from Jodel almost instantly. The completely set up the theme and fixed everything that I was messing with in literally less than 30 minutes. Loox and Jodel gave some of the next custom support I have ever received from a Shopify app! So easy to work with!

Been using Loox for about 2 years, this is our first review.

Recently, we were having some issues integrating the reviews widget into an updated theme, and there were some code changes I was unable to spot or make on my own.

Laurence assisted promptly and got the issue solved in a few hours, great support there from Loox.

Rotem the customer support manager is super nice. so quick with fix everything for us. We really loved working with Rotem.
