I installed the app weeks ago but still couldn't make it the default review app integrated in the theme. Tried to reach out to suppor team and got feedback pretty soon. Problem solved perfectly in a very short time. Pretty great experience.

The app is easy to use, setup is easy done. We get a lot of reviews, some with very good pictures.

This app is amazing! I had another review app before switching to Look and this app is FAR superior with better features overall. Easy interface overall and easy to set-up and make changes. Aesthetically I like the vibe of how this app shows up on my site too. And...it just keeps getting better with enhanced features and improvements. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Lilach was very helpful, i hit limit in my starter plan but want to test out new product before deciding whether to continue forward with the store/ upgrade to growth plan, he offer me a good deal which does help small businesses. Recommend the app.
