Loox is working well so far. No complaints out of the box and is pretty easy to use.

So far, I've been using the app exclusively for reviews. App works well. Customer Service is quick and precise. Good to have this app!

Overall, I'm quite pleased. Customer service has been top notch, a rarity I'm finding with the App Store. I wish the customer reviews were sortable as our reviews are excellent, but I think you either choose a sortable-review app, or the visual one. If the latter, can't beat Loox.

Loox is probably best known for it's wide variety of stores and businesses that use it. We run a fashion store and are extremely happy to have Loox as the number one go to review app in shopify. Loox doesn't slow down your store page speed (at least not noticable for us) and is easy to use. If you want to have a review app on your store you should try Loox.
