Easy to set up and configurate. Great use so far.
The only issue that I have is you need to enroll to higher level to use video reviews.

The app provides a great look for your reviews instead of your plain review option. I recommend others to try this as well!

Loox has a great variety of options to manage and display ratings on your site, but there was one issue I couldn't figure out on my own. Fortunately Aya of customer support was extremely quick and helpful. I recommend Loox because it's a great tool and the customer support team makes it easy to figure out!

Mara was excellent with helping me figure out the issue I was having. It turned out it wasn't really an issue, but just I was looking in the wrong place. I filled out their contact form and was contacted in less than an hour. The problem was resolved so fast, I am glad that if I ever need any help, that they are willing to help and get things done fast. Will definitely recommend!
