Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

This app does exactly what we were looking for. We were able to customize how we display reviews on the app and even connected the reviews to our klaviyo email flows. The customer service is top notch. I had a few issues and when I was not able to solve myself, I gave access to our shop and they fixed it for me. We are very pleased. If you are considering adding reviews to your shop, I highly recommend trying LOOX before paying too much for other review apps.

Loox is great with what it does, and with the level of customization you can achieve without knowledge of code. The range of how much or how little you integrate your reviews into your site is impressive, compared to more basic review apps. The customer service is knowledgeable and accurate—they know the app as if they created it themselves (and maybe they did).

Love this app super easy and is amazing for retargeting customers that have already purchased. The picture reviews are fantastic it works flawlessly with my theme and my web developers are able to work with it as well. I have used this app on several other stores I have had in the past and would highly recommend this app to anyone running an eComm store.
