The App is easy to set up and change to suit your theme.
The support staff has been excellent in helping us recover from an attack which caused some products to be removed. They were able to link the reviews back up and fixed all of our issues promptly.

Great app, which has been basically set and forget for us. The only thing we do on a weekly basis is moderate the new reviews that have come in.

The customer support is great. I asked for a custom request not available in their UI and Lilach from Loox was able to get it done quickly. We actually left Loox and immediately came back a few days later as the other app we tried didn't compare.

Really easy to install can't wait to see the results. I just hope my customers love it too. It definitely offers them great incentives to do so.
