I updated my domain name and all reviews disappeared from the page. I reached out to LOOX and expected a response within a few days. I was very surprised that it was very quick. Jodel was very helpful and quick to respond within a very short period of time. He was able to retrieve the lost reviews and make them visible again.

This app is really important to assist customers in their decisions on purchases and the ratings on products should guide customers in their choices on products.
