Widgets are glitchy; I find myself having to deactivate and reinstall a widget so the settings can reset. For example, deselecting 'show thumbnail' on the pop up widget doesn't work, or making small updates to other widgets. It's a fantastic review app that I have used. It's the best of the best. The customer support is very nice and helpful. They quickly assisted me in resolving an issue with displaying the rating. Thank you so much.

This is a very helpful app for my online store. Thank you, Loox.

Do not install this app - there is no free tier so you have to subscribe - and when you do there is no where to unsubscribe - scam app - keeps billing even when you uninstall it - shopify support said to just find the app and go to their site to remove the billing ... funny when Loox does not provide any form of a customer billing portal ...
