Great customer service and very easy to use. I have been in touch with Loox with different questions over time and they have the best customer service I have seen in shopify apps.

This app is outstanding. It instantly began converting customers once my buyers were able to upload their pics and reviews. Previously I was redirecting buyers to my IG or FB but it is much more user friendly for shoppers to see the reviews directly on your site. Super easy to install and it looks amazing. 13/10 would recommend. lol :)
