Had some issues with importing my reviews so I sent out a request for help. Sure enough, within Minutes I got a response from Mara and she helped me solve the problem ASAP :) Awesome assistance & gave suggestions when asking how I might be able to solve the issue on my own next time. Thank you Mara!

Ken was very nice with his assistance, he helped to add reviews in my cart section, I added him as staff into my shopify and he did everything. I am very satisfied, I recommend.

I love this app! It has probably all the futures you need. Don´t make the mistake (as we did), and don´t try to get some free review app, it will probably suck and you will probably need to migrate to better review app in the future.. I also love the support of Loox, they are here literally 24/7 and are ready to help you with anything.. I´m really satisfied. But I need to monetion, that we have been using this app for not even a month, so maybe We´ll find out some shortcomings of this app

I'm starting to understand it more. But what I was saying about the customer only being able to leave one review per product was that when John Doe leaves a review for the Eternal Hope Necklace. Then someone else has bought the same necklace. It won't give the next customer the option to leave there review. They have to go find the same necklace with a different card attached. Example: Pick out a product on my page and do a test. Put 1 star so it wont post. Then go back to that same exact necklace and try to leave a review again. This time it wont let you. It just shows you who left a review. Oh and also, I was trying to get the top 3 reviews up top on my page but it keeps saying to contact support. Thanks!

I encountered a problem and contacted support. Their support consultant, Aya, helped me. She was very professional, quick, and organized in solving my problem. The plugin is user-friendly. The issue I encountered was intricate, but Aya patiently helped me resolve it. It was excellent service.

I needed help with where my review stars were being displayed and Jodel helped me immediately. Within an hour my problem was fixed and she left me the necessary code for future occurrences of the same issue. I appreciate it.

I'm very happy with this app! I love the look and feel of it. It fits perfectly in my webshop. It is very easy to install and change in my brandingcolours. When I have a question, I get almost immediately a respons that helps me further. Big shoutout to Ilan for the great assistance! I can highly recommend this app!
