I used this app to help me see what my customers really like. I like how people can make comments about their purchase experience and the product.

I just added this app, and I must say, the service I received has been absolutely amazing! The entire team has been extremely responsive all week including weekends! They had to fix several issues for me and never hesitated! This is the type of service that sets great companies apart from average companies. Great job Loox Team!

I really like this app. It's so easy to use. I imported a number of product reviews from my supplier but I wish it can do the same for my Syncee suppliers.

Friendly App, easy to work with. Customer support is really efficient as well. I'd like to be able to send automated discount coupons for customers who provide reviews without photo, I'd like it to be at the discretion of the shop, instead I need to generate those coupons manually which is more work for me. I'm still rating 5-stars because the app is flexible in the sense that allows you to import reviews from other sites which is a huge plus and, again, is very friendly!.
