We use this app to help us collect, curate, and reward beautiful reviews and build up the social proof with very minimal effort to maintain once setup. I also like how the support team is being very helpful. Keep up the good work!

Very easy to install. The reviews look great on my site and it also imported my old reviews which was really helpful.

Application qui apporte énormément de choses aux boutiques Shopify. Pour mettre en place les avis clients et pour en importer d'autres depuis Aliexpress par exemple ce n'est pas facile à faire j'ai dû suivre des tutos en parallèle. C'est un peu compliqué que tout soit en anglais pour quelqu'un qui ne serait pas bilingue. Cependant ces petites difficultés sont surmontables et sont largement compensées par ce que Loox permet à ses utilisateurs de faire : offrir des bons de réduction, mettre en place un système d'évaluation des produits, contacter/relancer le client par mail, laisser au client la possibilité de donner son avis... Super!

it is a great app. really good design and easy to follow the instruction. i wonder where to customise the emails sent out to customer.

Support response time is super fast! Would highly recommend at least installing and testing it out. Looks nice and modern. Chester was very helpful on chat.
