I love this app. Easy to instal and use.

Better get another app, because Loox app is veryyyy expensive. You always pay $ 35 for 300 emails. A month can quickly accumulate a large sum. The app works well and the support is very quick.
The settings are very easy

Loox app is a must have, if you want to convert website visitors to paying customers. I most especially love the "add a photo feature". It helps convince visitors that your store is indeed genuine.

The ability for stores to add their logo should be on the basic plan please. I'm holding the 1 star for this.

the platform is very easy to navigate and customer service is really helpful. i had an issue with my reviews populating but we fixed it :)
