Excellent Utility, intuitive interface, as well as very wonderful support. Jodel helped me add reviews to my homepage and collections within 1 hour! Please give this employee a bonus. Usually a discussion with support takes a lot of time and nerves, but not in this case!
The best app I have used for reviews hands down!
Very user friendly and great choices of displays - I tried switching to Klaviyos new review set up and did not like it - I am back to loox and very happy to be back
Reached out to their support email looking to get some help with my site that I could not figure out on my own. Ellison emailed me back within a few minutes and was able to help me out with exactly what I needed and wanted and got it done faster than expected. Excellent service!
Besides one thing, i fw this app because it makes the reviews look great.
The one thing?
I wish they'd allow you to customize the background color of the reviews.
Allow you to change it to a color other than white.
Besides that this is great.
Great app! Really simplifies the whole process of gaining reviews. Any issues are quickly sorted by their team (shout out Ken!). Definitely recommend.

Once Loox is uninstalled in your stores, you shouldn't receive additional charges. You might see charges that were created before the app was removed, which are included in your current invoice.

Great app, easy to use and works beautifully. That said, when I did have some questions about functionality, Aya from support helped me. Great response!
