I absolutely love LOOX so far. Support has been helpful as well. I moved over from a popular reviews app and migrating was so easy. I wanted to offer my customers more than a review but to show off their purchases with pictures if they like to be social.
love its features. really helps my shop looks so legit and recommendable to other customers. Cant wait to see the results!
AMAZING APP SO FAR, but for some reason the reviews wont appear on my store. not sure why, but ill have to find out

I just wanted to send a quick follow-up regarding the review you left on the Shopify app store for Loox.
I took a look at your product pages and it seems as if the reviews widget appears as expected on my end, please try to refresh the page without using the cached version of the site by pressing Ctrl+F5 (on Mac: ⌘+R ) and check again :)

Loox is perfect for me because it's easy to use and all the tutoriels are very well explained (am not a tech-saavy person at all but I managed to install and use it without problem) - In addition support was very responsive - I recommend 100% !
amazing....!!!! this is the application that I have been waiting for. I always thought about how to get a buyer's judgment even though I was just about to sell the product. thank you loox hopefully more developed and more advanced in the future.... thank you very much
