They finally fixed the issue where they were charging me after the app was deleted but after contacting them they refunded the money. Other than that this app is great. I'm just moving to another store, that's why I had to delete it from this one

Please send our support team (support@loox.io) a screenshot of the relevant Shopify app invoice that shows the Loox charge you would like to be refunded for and its duration and we'd be happy to look into it and consider the refund accordingly.
