Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

The app is good, but the support is nonexistent, so it's a 1-star. Tried emailing them multiple times but never got a single response.

After a great deal of research we chose Loox as the review platform for https://mysterydaytrips.com. As we started integrating Loox widgets into the site the Loox support team was highly responsive and helpful with questions. Excellent service by the entire team. We look forward to growing with Loox moving forward.

What can I say? Loox did not disappoint! I initially chose Loox because I loved the features they offered and the overall aesthetic...it just looked right and fit my brand well. I was able to seamlessly add the app to my website and it was super easy to set up and customize. The built-in features like media uploads and discounts for customers who leave a review genuinely encourage engagement and repeat customers. However, what stood out the most, was their customer support. As a small business owner, that meant everything to me. They truly went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied, even offering extra support and perks and honoring their word - integrity. That kind of service is rare and honestly a blessing. I definitely recommend Loox. A+++
