This is by far my favorite review in the shopify app store. It's got so many cool features and functions and very user friendly. The customer support at Loox is amazing especially when had an issue with making the review widgets fit nicely within the framework of our store site. The image reviews look great and the automatic emails to customers works like a charm. thank you

The app works well and the customer service is very good. I had an issue after changing themes but the rep was very helpful.
Charged an extra $100 with no explanation. The app is already quite expensive - a random $100 charge is unwelcome. Can't get customer service to respond.

Our Unlimited plan (which you are subscribed to) is a pay-as-you-grow plan. This means that while there is no limit on the number of emails that can be sent out, we charge based on how many emails are sent each month. This plan is designed to allow you to send out an unlimited amount of emails while paying more the more you send.

Works great! We love how flexible and user friendly it is. The customers love being able to leave pictures on their reviews. :)
The only thing I wish there was a way to leave a review overall for our bakery. So on the reviews page it would have a place to leave a review... Maybe a future addon! :)
Love the app and it has definitely increased the conversion of customers from window shopper to actual sales since we started using it. I spent some time trying to find the best app with the most bang for your buck and finally settled on Loox for the low cost of entry. We've made the money back that we've invested in Loox many fold over. If you don't have the ability for customers to leave reviews on your site you're just throwing away valuable sales channels. Every time we get a review it's incredibly easy to repost on our main FB page. There's nothing easier than allowing your happy customers to do your selling for you. I wish I would have done this sooooo long ago...Worth every penny!
Very good app, you can import your reviews in one click, very pratical, you can also set many email campagne to ask for reviews from your customers, to ask to add a photo to the review, to give a discount
