Customer Experience level: LEGENDARY Virtual Channelle was super-responsive and Jodel, being a legend, got the issue fixed within 5 minutes! Hands down one of the best teams!
Superb site. Has made my life so much easier on Shopify. My customers can not only see reviews now but also upload their images of my products alongside their review. Fantastic!

Makes reviews quick and simple! Whenever I need to import reviews to my store, without a second doubt I use Loox. Big thanks to the creators.
Works exactly like it says it will! Would recommend for fast growing stores. Simple enough to setup and has enough customisation features. Two areas of improvements
1. No way to easily request reviews over Whatsapp
2. Lot of fraudelent cases slip through in the referral system where customers game it by giving the referral link to themselves

best app to organize your reviews. I've seen it on youtube how easy this is. Good quality app. Convenient too.
I like this app its very smooth and the customer service are very fast at resolving issues. I had two issues which was no problems for them.
