Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

We have been using yotpo app for the past one year and it was too expensive to just collect reviews. We decided to move to Loox and we love it!! Our customers do respond to the review emails that Loox sends out and have thanks us for the ease of review writing.

Three things that are missing in Loox:

1. Having the ability to bulk import the reviews ourselves into the loox dashboard.

2. Having the ability to delete reviews and not just hide them.

3. Reviews seal with the number of verified purchase on it. YOTPO (paid plans only) and KUDOBUZZ (free plan) has it. It's also time for Loox to have one for all plans.

We're excited for the future and know that 2017 will be even greater for our business with Loox in it.
