There's a difference from Customer Support and carrying out a ticket for a customer for almost 2 weeks just because he keeps wanting to make changes. The fact that Loox support team was continuing to help me on all the changes I wanted to make for that long, and was more than happy and even willing to ask if I wanted more assistance after that, speaks volumes for how Astonishing there customer support team is! Probably the most helpful app in the store! It's so easy to get reviews from my customers and they even have people who will jump on a video call with you and give you some tips for using the app better. Great service!
