Very good app! Must have on your shop! Its so easy to handle, its easy to re-write them into the languange you wants!

Great app, plenty of options. Very good if you want to optimise our reviews section and brand communication with your customers. Plus the platform is pretty intuitive and easy to use. Finally, the support is always here for you. I'd just suggest more designs available as people are too used to the Loox design and it could be bad if people had previous bad experiences in other shops.

This is a very simple app to use and I really the functions it has available. I will continue to use it and would recommend it. The one thing that got me was that i had not finished changing the look of the message and it had already sent to the customer. I have since quickly remedied that.

They are helping you good and they response your emails really fast! ...............................
