Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

So far an easy experience integrating it with Shopify and importing reviews from another platform. Looking forward to using it more in the future.

A very interesting and intuitive review app. The app has various widgets to show the reviews in a elegant yet minimalistic way. The support team is very good and make sure the queries are resolved. Special mention to Rain M. from the support team. He has been patient and understanding about my queries and gave various solutions for it.

I have used the standard product reviews app with Shopify for almost 1 year. I was doing a little more research on review apps. LOOX has completed all of my needs and wants for a review app. This does not include my conversion rate. WOW! This is a miracle and a dream come true. On top of that, the customer service is AMAZING. Really nice and helpful app. Like the opportunity of follow up emails. Just the plans could be a bit cheaper or be able to send out more emails per month...
