I don't know yet. I am just downloading it and seeing how it works. Ask me again in 14 days. I am hopeful that it intergrates well with my shopify app, is easy to use and helps boost sales on my page.
SO far so good! I like that they have an affordable monthly fee for the lowest level. It's also nice to have a logo option on the email for that level.
Pricing is a bit high but it has a premium onboarding experience. Yet to play with the configuration on my site

how can I stop receiving emails from every review of each customer in my store? cause my emails have soo many notifications and i can't prioritize the orders

I just wanted to let you know how this can be solved and that our support team is always happy to help :)
In your email settings (for example in Gmail), you can create a filter to automatically archive certain reviews based on the rating.
Since the review notifications show their ratings in the email subject, you can filter emails by the text of their subject.
For example, you can filter all emails with ratings 2 and 3 to be automatically archived, and all emails with ratings 1, 4 and 5 to go directly to your inbox.

Wish there were a few more features with the basic plan, i.e. not having to submit a photo (just text), colour features. Customer service is always amazing! <3
