We’ve been using Loox for a while now and honestly it’s been great. Setup was easy, the widgets look clean, and photo reviews make a big difference in trust compared to text-only reviews.

Everything runs smoothly in the background - review requests go out, reminders work, and we don’t really have to think about it, which is exactly what you want from an app like this. It integrates well with our theme and hasn’t caused any performance issues.

Support has also been responsive the few times we’ve needed help, which we appreciate.

I had been unable to add the reviews to my collection page for several months and finally decided to reach out and Rain M from Loox replied immediately and inserted a custom code for me and got my problem solved in a matter of minutes from when I sent the email.
