Extremely fast customer service, I emailed them and got a reply back from Laurence within 2 minutes, I was thinking I would have to postpone my website design till tomorrow, but no. Got everything sorted out within 20 minutes. Highly recommend

Great Service!

I am so pleased with this App. It makes my online store look more professional and credible. After a purchase, customers get an automated follow up email prompting them to write a review and then are offered a discount off their next order. I am very pleased with the automation because it will drive my conversion rate up even more!

So far I could not have been more happy, Jodel has been very professional in assisting me with changing the colours on the product review page. I got a very fast and professional response with everything I would ever need, they even did it for me :). Before I used Loox I tried other review apps but none come even close to how good Loox is! Can only recommend

Today I installed this app after reading reviews. I'd say It was a great decision. I'm amused on what all features this app has. I was running into issue when I reached out to support group. They were prompt in response. Ken understood the ask and within few minutes he added the features on all of my collections pages. It was incredible to work with Loox support, specially Ken was amazing, great job Ken, truly appreciate your timely help. Overall, great app with incredible supporting team.

CHESTER WAS THE BEST. I asked a super stupid question & he responded to my email in like 3 minutes with the kindest tone. Tip for anyone using Loox: the answer you need for most things in probably in your settings. It's such a high quality developed app & I am stoked to use it. Mahalo again Chester for the help!!
