Very good experience with the support team, they are very responsive.
They were able to solve my installation problems with a direct handover to my site.
Very attentive to all our questions.
Don't hesitate, this application is just incredible, it's essential for a good start on Shopify.
Don't use this APP. At the beginning, everything is FREE, then they put you into $19.99 plan. then after few months, there is a message pop up saying "You’ve reached the limit…
Congratulations! Your business is doing well, and you have outgrown the Beginner plan, which is limited to 500 orders.", the new plan is more than double of the original plan. I am not going to pay $49.99/month.

HALF HOUR DEBATE OVER JUDGE ME OR LOOX.
JUDGE ME IS CHEAPER, Wish Loox would update the pricing structure a tad to be more competitve especially for us small retailers!
Ended up going with loox for the LOOX, what more can i say....
Besides one thing, i fw this app because it makes the reviews look great.
The one thing?
I wish they'd allow you to customize the background color of the reviews.
Allow you to change it to a color other than white.
Besides that this is great.
