I do some setting in basic seems good.. happy to use it.
Will upgrade to advance or pro when its really awesome
will check again after got some review from my customer.

I wish there was a public reviews page that would show up on Google when customers search for "brand + reviews", kind of like reviews.io and trustpilot have. The loox branding/logo under the widgets currently links to their Shopify app store page, which doesn't really build trust as much as it would if it linked to a dedicated public reviews page.

Good app easily managed and great to increase customer feedback. I would recommend to anyone else looking to ensure real feedback

good. has really helped us obtain social proof. I like that the templates can also easily be personalised. Improvements still needed for searching past customers/orders to manually resend the review request with the already edited template, rather than having to start from scratch.
